By downloading, installing, or using Curioo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Curioo is an educational app designed for children aged 2-8 years. We provide:

Educational games and quizzes
Art and coloring activities
Progress tracking for parents
Daily challenges and competitions

3. Account Registration

To use Curioo, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (parent/guardian)
Provide accurate registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Content: Limited content is available for free.

Premium Subscription: Full access requires a paid subscription at ₹100 per child per month.

Free Trial: New users may receive a 3-day free trial per child.

Payment: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Share your account with others
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
Upload inappropriate or harmful content
Interfere with the app's operation

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Curioo, including stories, illustrations, games, and educational materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. User-Generated Content

If children create artwork or content within the app, parents retain ownership. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and display this content within the app for the child's use.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

Curioo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content is supplementary and not a replacement for formal education.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curioo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
